How do you ship your products?

We ship our products with FedEx Priority delivery only. We package our uncooked products with frozen gel packs to keep them fresh.

How can I track my order?

Check your email you should have received a tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.fedex.com using that tracking number.

Are your products cooked when they arrive?

The only products that arrive cooked are the soups and the crab dip (you must heat them up before consuming them). All other products need to be cooked before consumption.

Can I call in an order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card over the phone. Please follow the link to our online order form if you wish to place an order.

What is the shelf life for your products in the fridge?

We recommend that you consume our products within 2-3 days of receiving them. Be sure to keep them refrigerated Immediately upon receipt.

Can I ship outside of the USA?

At this time we do not offer shipping outside the U.S.

How can I get a shipping quote?

Use our order form to configure your order and get a shipping quote. Just go through the steps as if you were going to place an order and before the billing page your quote will be generated.

Can I freeze the crab cakes?

We do not recommend freezing our crab cakes as we cannot guarantee the quality of the product.

How long in advance can I place my order?

Customers can place an order online as long as the delivery date is available in the drop-down area of the shipping form.

How do I cook them?

Instructions should be included in the box, if needed please refer to our videos page for additional cooking instructions and cooking videos.

What days do you ship?

We ship overnight on Monday through Thursday as follows:

Monday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Tuesday

Tuesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Wednesday

Wednesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Thursday

Thursday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Friday

We ship 2 day on Monday through Wednesday

*Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.

*No Saturday or Sunday delivery

Place Holiday orders early, our black out delivery dates currently are:

11/21, 11/22, 11/23 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 12/28, 12/29, 12/30, 12/31, 1/01

Blackout dates are subject to change.
