SHIPPING POLICIES

Your order will be handcrafted and shipped by professionals to ensure the highest quality fresh never frozen items delivered to you.

Overview process from us to you:

1. We receive your order and immediately begin to assemble it.

2. Your items are placed in individual containers.

3. The containers are placed in an insulated foam core corrugated box.

4. All orders will be packed with frozen gel packs to keep your order at the proper temperature and fresh during shipment.

5. All boxes will be identified and properly marked for next day shipment by FedEx.

6. Any order greater than $500 will require a signature.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout and is based on the number of items ordered and delivery instructions.

Your order will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight.

We ship only Monday through Thursday as follows:

Monday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Tuesday

Tuesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Wednesday

Wednesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Thursday

Thursday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered on Friday

*Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.

* No Saturday or Sunday delivery

Place Holiday orders early, our black out delivery dates are:

11/21, 11/22, 11/23

12/24, 12/25, 12/26

12/28, 12/29, 12/30, 12/31, 1/01

We highly recommend that someone is there within the designated time frame to accept delivery.

If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx and try to make arrangements to accept delivery.

You are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in the order confirmation email.

There are no cancelations on orders that have already shipped.

If you need to modify an address after an order has shipped a $15.00 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Easternshorecrabcakes.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

Easternshorecrabcakes.com is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping to ensure the freshness and quality.
