For your convenience we have packed our crab cake mix in a larger container so you can custom make your own version of whatever size you wish. You can make crab balls or crab cakes any size that will fit your serving needs.Please reference our cooking video for crab cakes below but remember the time it will take to cook your version of crab cakes will vary according to size. We do not recommend that you cook more than a 10 oz crab cake.

Preheat your conventional oven to 375 degrees. (Convection oven to 350 degrees).
Remove the mix from the container and form into desired shape and size using your hands or a scoop for various sizes. We do not recommend that you cook more than a 10 oz crab cake.
Place on a baking sheet with a small amount of water around each item. You can top each item with a small amount of clarified butter if desired.
Baking times will vary according to the size. Please check the baking process frequently and make sure to use a thermometer to check the internal temperature until cooking has completed.
Each item should be golden brown and the internal temperature should be between 150 and 160 degrees. DO NOT OVER COOK
